This is a complete line for steel roofing sheet produce. Customer need a high efficiency and automatically machine. So we provide this solution to satisfy customer.
This line include a hydraulic decoiler, we know that customer’s PPGI coil weight is lower than 5 tons, so we adopt a 5 tons decoiler. This decoiler is controlled by a electric control cabinet.
Expansion and contraction of blades is performed by means of a hydraulic cylinder and levers.
There is a trolley car that can move in and out, also can left up and go down, the trolley car is use for load the PPGI coils.
The roll forming machine adopt a hydraulic motor to drive the machine, the working speed can be 20 meters/minute. In order to get the perfect final products, machine have 14 forming stations. All rollers is hard chrome plating.
The auto stacker is controlled by same cabinet of the roll forming machine. So it can automatic stacking of roofing sheet after production.
